~barbie3ddd: your on live call in and pay your bills ***** .I could get a live person .The machine does a POOR JOB OF UNDERSTANING THE VOICE WELL.I CANT GET IT TO GO THUR .THEIR WAS NO PLACE TO GO ON TO A LIVE PERSON >*I TRYED TO CALL IT IN BUT IT WOULD TAKE THE INFROMATION CORECTLY .I do not use on line on the internet ,did one time and i had to cancle my card due to number to my card was used to buy to much stuff on the internet.I had to ride my bike * miles to pay my bill .Got a spanish girl who broke the **** machine and couldnt run my card.YOU NEED TO ADD A LIVE PERSON TO YOUR SERVICE >*OR i will change my service to verzion,sprint ,or another company ,you have the worst service i have ever seen.a mad customer you may reply to me on *****@***.com
