~gdconey: the options do not allow for human communication..I had already used their FAQ's but my question could only be resolved by a human reviewing the information provided..I am checking a Homestead Tax return, which is in pending status with an anticipated completion date of ******. **** is not a typo, it is the date listed. Only a human can review and address this concern. I am assuming the earliest I can reach a human on this line will be February ****, as their system is being worked on.
