~Paralegal.nanacy: Just like everyone else, placed an order Sept. **-given * different tracking numbers, was emailed package was delivered across the country, etc. I attempted to contact by phone-automated answer that no one was available to answer call & call back later* no response to numerous emails* I contacted my debit*credit card company and disputed claim. My bank also attempted to contact MobStub and could not get any response so they credited my card and for safety purposes, issued a new card for my protection.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MobStub. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MobStub problem?
~Paralegal.nanacy: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Paralegal.nanacy: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MobStub's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
