GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's MobStub customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~DesiT: The customer service was great. Very prompt in responding. Shipping took a while but they at least responded within a day when I inquired about that. The product however was terrible. They advertised **** thread count sheets. When I received was not **** thread count sheets. I knew it was too good to be true. The sheets are garbage. Of course all they said was "Sorry you don't like them" not lets refund you or anything like that. When the sheets arrived the package said **** - Made in China. Nothing at all said thread count on the package. So, they did false advertising because their website said **** Thread Count Sheets. I will not buy from them again.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting MobStub. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a MobStub problem?
~DesiT: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DesiT: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about MobStub's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DesiT: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other MobStub customers?
~DesiT: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for MobStub to know who you are.
