~skend: I was very skeptical at first. I tried to place an order during the day and something was wrong with the site. I then tried to place the order that evening and the coupon code I had been trying to use was now expired. Aggravated I got on their live chat. Immediately was connect with someone and they offered me another coupon code. It wasn't as big of a discount but was still a good price. I had issues with checking out with paypal on their site and got on live chat again. They offered to have someone call me and place the order. Within * minutes I had someone call and they took care of placing my order and collecting payment. If I would have just done that the first time I had an issue with their site I wouldn't have spent *.* hours trying to place my order. I would definitely order from them again.

~skend: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
