GetHuman-thebaxle: My order * ********* has not arrived yet I would not have placed the order if I didn't need the reeds.
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-thebaxle: I ordered these reeds on July **th ****. I waited the ** day process and I had to call and you put it on hold because I addressed it to my son. Credit Card was in my name the address was the same. Where are the reeds? People say you are a good resource for ordering I don't think so. I called the last time waited over ** minutes today I have called first time ** minutes plus seconds now I am calling and on hold again if you can't do the volume then why do you do this to customers. You sure didn't waste time when you needed the payment from our Credit Card you were as the saying Johhny on the Spot.
