GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/05/17?
GetHuman-jpvaughn: In April ****, I deposited $*,*** in a My Fit Foods "house account" at the Shenandoah, Texas retail location. My Fit Foods offered the house account program to allow customers to purchase products at their retail stores using an electronic card with their logo on it, presumably linked to their bank account. They offered a promotional credit of $*** to customers who established a house account. On February **, ****, I discovered that all the My Fit Foods retail locations had permanently closed their doors on February **, ****. I received no notice of any impending permanent business closing. I am seeking to recoup the remaining funds in my house account, approximately $*,***. I sent an email to the company's main email address on February ** requesting this, and I received only an auto-generated response: *Dear Valued Customer,*Thank you for reaching out to the My Fit Foods support team! *We have received your email, and our team will be responding to you as soon as possible.* We appreciate your patience!* Be well,*My Fit Foods Support Team
