~Blsdxs2: My review isn't about the customer service I received at the original purchase, it's afterward. I purchased $** worth of food to take with me for * days of work. The first meal I almost completely ingested I did not heat up. I was too hungry. With only a few bites left, a large black bug crawled up from under the broccoli to the last piece of chicken! I literally got sick and threw all the food away! That was on Monday. Got home late last night and went back to the store of purchase (Hillcrest in Dallas) to notify them of the bug issue. Customer service was HORRIBLE! The clerk apologized half heartedly but that was it. I told him he might want to contact the main distribution center and let them know. His response, "I've worked here for close to a year and have never seen a bug." Well, I did! Thanks for no action and no compassion. As a result, I will NEVER eat from My Fit Foods again. I will also graciously inform all my family and friends of this incident and how it was handled. I do
