~Melissa6lalala: As long as the stars are aligned and everything goes through on time, the service is OK. The minute there's a glitch there are no humans to speak to, no addresses on the website, and no direct lines of communication to anyone except through a link buried in a tree of other links for a specific bill. *They said they looked into the billing problem and it would be fixed within * to * days. Meanwhile, my car insurance is calling and asking where the payment went. Next the insurer is threatening cancellation. Where's the payment? Mycheckfree's next response was to say - oh, you should change the PO box address on the profile. It's the wrong one. However, I didn't enter this information, it was part of their service and THEY entered it. Alas. No one will hear me because there is no one to send this message to. *Nice threatening message on the cancellation page too. Basically, if you walk out on me now, babe- you'll never do bill pay in this town again! *Tough. I'm walking.
