~anonymous: Just relocated to a new state. The electric company uses this service for paying their bills online. For some reason they cannot identify me (because my address & info are different - maybe because I just moved).**In order to protect me, they want me to fill out a paper and snail mail it to them with additional documentation. They want my name, address, phone, dob, ss*, a voided check and copy of either my birth certificate, drivers license or passport.**Where does putting all of this in an envelope protect me????? Anyone who has ever sent this info to them is putting their entire identity at risk!!!!
