~lookitschloe: Hank, the customer service rep, was AWESOME to me. I ordered something for Christmas, it didn't get delivered (actually, it was returned -- the "reason" section in his system said it was refused at my address. Not sure whose door the delivery person actually knocked on, but it wasn't mine!), I called, and he gave it to me and didn't deduct the refunded amount! Please order from their store if you're on the fence about it.
