~mooneyskipper: Myradiostore.com customer service is poor. Even when they have made a clear error they refused to compensate the customer. In my case I order a XM radio antenna and I needed it the next day. I received a confirmation of my order at **:** am on *********. The order was to be shipped overnight via FedEx and for this I paid $**.** for shipping. Myradiostore.com did not get around to delivering the part to FedEx until the following afternoon *******. Thus the part failed to arrive the next day but instead the day after *******. Overnight became two day delivery. Now I was traveling on the **th which was the reason I needed the part on the **rd and paid a lot to have that done. The whole process is useless. I don't need the part now. When I called to complain they stated they had a **-** hour window to ship in. So why would a business offer overnight if they have no intent of delivering overnight? When I pointed the obvious they refused to compensate me for their shipping scre
