The order shipped the same day, except for a cage which shipped from manufacturer.**Problem with cage order (discontinued color) was fixed next day with contact from site owner.**Order arrived with no errors, products were excellently packed, and communication with owner was both fun and helpful. Prices are very competitive or outright a steal ... this site has earned my repeat business!
