~Gnee: My Net** account is very bad in general:most people I talk to are hearing echos. I called Net** to fix but they won't fix over the phone. They also refused to fix on this chat, saying that they had to do it on the phone. A little maddening. They kept cheerily saying, "maam ,please call on a land line or a friend's phone!" as if everyone has a land line or friends waiting around at their house on a weekday. The customer service people just keep repeating the same things as if you have not already said that you don't have a land line as if they are a computer or something. Maddening, not worth the cheaper service and I would never recommend Net** to anyone for this reason.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting NET 10. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a NET 10 problem?
~Gnee: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gnee: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NET 10's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gnee: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other NET 10 customers?
~Gnee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for NET 10 to know who you are.
