~optiweb: Net ** has the most horrible useless customer service ever. I can't understand the deep Indian accent most of the time. I had to repeat things over & over. Over * hour trying to get my account straightned out. I would like to find someone else with ** cents a minute that speaks & understands English. No way to contact Net **s office in the states. I guess this review will make no difference, but I would suggest finding another company.
