~tchair44s: do you really wantto know? Worst possible no one can speak English--over an hour to get resolved-guy shama??? rude kept asking for address * times!!! then is this your correct address??? No I made it up! Then he says we shouldn't have service? Again, really we've had it for a year now and in same place!frustrating to explain we have service for a few minutes then none--they can't find us on map so we don't have viable address??? really? Fed ex finds us fine as does DISH! Sick of getting PI and other foreign countries with people who we can't understand! finally after doing the same thing three different times, they decided to give us new phones--great no phones for a week! Wish we'd never gone NET **--but too much money in these phones to start over!

~tchair44s: For that I would say two out of five.
