~DarK: Could barely understand her when she spoke and was nasty and talking over me as I asked her ONE question. She then yelled at me that I wasn't listening to her, when all I asked her was if she was going to mail out the form. Not a difficult question. A YES OR NO would have been fine. She finally said YES, then as I tried to say Thank You... SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????????? HOW CAN I REPORT HER???????
