~Disappointed: I spoke to three people who could not assist me with my problem. Got a supervisor involved who said he would make sure my payoff was good through March as I asked, since my borrower's rate was going to expire without this document. Waited * hours got the payoff and it was still only good through February. Called back again the supervisor had left and I'm still waiting for supervisor ** to call back, who by the way, said there were "no guarantees" i could get my payoff done. Thanks Nationstar. Costing my client hundreds of dollars in extension fees for his interest rate, because you can't get your payoff department to print a single piece of paper with a good through date of March. Technology obviously hasn't come that far yet.
