GetHuman-14066: The first time around I was going around and around and the IVR didn't recognize *. Looked up gethuman.com, used the option & procedure, got through in * min. Once in, spoke to a representative who got all the details then advised she'll transferred me to another agent.. who got all the details.. again. Holding now, she advised she'll return back in *-* min. * stars because of the first time it was practically impossible to get to a human.
