~Nationsuck: We had a house fire. Insurance sent check made out to Nationstar and homeowners. We sent endorsed check with all the paperwork to the address we were given by Nationstar, Total loss department. They don't know what to do with it. What? They need to send it their Payoff department. Payoff department doesn't take checks, only cashiers check or cash. What? I fell like I'm dealing with three different companies that don't communicate or want to communicate with each other. Just a complete cluster****. Supervisor at payoff department named Brodrick Culvert was suppose to help but he will not return our phone calls. Stay clear of this company. They're a mess.

~Nationsuck: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Nationsuck: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about NationStar Mortgage's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Nationsuck: For that I would say three out of five.
