~KITTEN15212003: GOOD NIGHT CALLED THE NUMBER AND I NOT ONLY GOT FAST SERVICE BUT I GOT UR BEST TECH WHOSE NAME IS OMAR.I WAS NEW TO THE SYSTEM AND HE TOOK TIME TO SHOW ME THE IN AND OUTS OF THE GAS SYSTEM IN MY HOME OMAR YOUR THE BEST AND I THANK U FOR GREAT SERVICE AND NOW I FEEL COMFORTABLE ABOUT MY HEATING SYSTEM THANK YOU OMAR AND I HOPE NATIONAL GRID RECONIZE YOU AS A VALUABLE EMPLOYEE THANKS AGAIN OMAR FROM BROOKLYN .OMAR MADE ME FEEL **** PERCENT COMFORTABLE ABOUT MY PROBLEM.
