~ANGRY CUSTOMER: I waited for ** minutes to be transferred to a supervisor only to be hung up on because their system automatically shuts off at * pm* disconnects anyone in the queue. How in the **** are they sti in business* why do they say your call is important when clearly they don't don't give a flying **** about their customers.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Navient. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Navient problem?
~ANGRY CUSTOMER: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ANGRY CUSTOMER: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Navient's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ANGRY CUSTOMER: For that I would say four out of five.
