GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Netflix customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Ali Baba: Beware, I'm going through divorce, credit card charges had been stopped but I did not cancel my membership. Credit card is husbands...Netflix will continue charging your card each month (even though my name is no longer on the account) even though they had not been able to for the last few months. The agent I spoke with was able to refund a payment that was billed today, and I just received an email informing me of that. So beware of that, additionally they can only make a refund of a payment within the last ** days. Now I will have to contact x and have him call the credit card company to reject the other payments. The agent was able to verify that I had not been using the a*c for the last * months, but they still are unable to reverse the charges. The agent was great though, even if I didn't like the answers.

~Ali Baba: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ali Baba: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Netflix's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ali Baba: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Netflix customers?
~Ali Baba: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Netflix to know who you are.
