How and why the state*government would employ such a terrible system is beyond me. After several minutes of going through automated menus and messages, you will be disconnected due to "extremely high call volume." There's an option to receive a call back at a specific time, but every time slot is always taken. Furthermore, if you try more than two slots, you are disconnected due to a maximum number of attempts reached. Government scam.
