~chris10280: The bureaucrat I spoke with started with this "NY State didn't do this to you" thing - as though she was a probation officer or something. Apparently I owed the tax and am happy to pay. But I am not happy about the court judgment which was entirely unnecessary and entered without any notification whatsoever.
