~DLee: I called Nike* regarding my fuelband and chose the option of having them call me back when it's my turn in the queue instead of waiting on hold for an hour. I received a call and after pressing * to confirm the call back, I was instantaneously connected to a human rep. After a few initial troubleshooting questions and solutions, my issue was escalated to the supervisor on duty. The rep put me on hold a few times but kept checking in on me to give me updates. **After about a ** minute call he was able to set me up with a new fuelband from the Nike Store after failing to repair the issue.

~DLee: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~DLee: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Nike+'s ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DLee: For that I would say three out of five.

~DLee: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Nike+ to know who you are.
