~alek rudy: Jan was my text support agent. She was awesome. I thought i was going to cancel and get money back. Instead she fixed issue, was so quick and efficient. It was THE BEST customer service*tech support I have EVER received. Many Kudos to her. Impressive and knowledgeable. WOW!
