~Irratemama: My computer crashed and when it was fixed, I had Norton antivirus removed as I feel it is a poor quality and slows a computer. To my surprise I was billed on my visa this month for it being on my pc which it is not. I have tried and tried to get a human to talk to to tell them in writing do not automatically bill me every again because I don't want your service. I might be stuck for this money but I can guarentee they will not post another charge to my account as the bank has been notified to not honor any request from Norton. This is nonsense!Now on top of that nonsense I have garbage at the bottom to try to decipher in order to send my experience which at this point is driving me nuts!! Goodbye Norton forever!
