~Anonymous: Their website wouldn't let me submit an incident thru chat* chat form repeatedly failed to post. Virus incident form asked user to enter their name, phone*, email, etc. - just the info a trojan*keylogger would like to know. Rep knew nothing, asked little, made me hold for long time. Never looked at security logs. I told her virus name detected by norton but not stopped or removed. She tried to sell me a $**.** virus removal service. When I said no would DIY, she gave me URL which was generic help - not something to help me remove the virus I mentioned by name.

~Anonymous: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
