~McKenzie: I sold my house in October and was supposed to receive a check for the property tax pre-paid (over *,***.) I still have not received it and have called * times. Each time I get a different story. They said they mailed it, but it hasn't shown up yet. That was three weeks ago.

~McKenzie: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~McKenzie: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ocwen's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~McKenzie: For that I would say one out of five.

~McKenzie: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ocwen to know who you are.
