~seattleKris: Got in mail a "One Time Only" renewal with Free * Year gift subscription to a friend. O Mag online site has "every option" Except the mailed offer. No way to find their phone number except this wonderful site. Called at noon PDT and on hold for ** minutes. Agent was very nice and explained that if she couldn't help, I would have to mail the offer in. But, we were able to complete the promotion over the phone* paid w*credit card. But still wish I could have done this from their web site.
