GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-eveqb: I spoke to a representative that was limited in what she was able to do for me I have been a subscriber of this magazine since it started and she made a point to tell me that she didn't see that I had been.. I haven't received my issues for this year yet on time, I received Decembers Issue in January and I have still to have received January's .. She did tell me that she was going to extend my issues by two months but honestly I think Oprah would be disappointed with the manner in which her customers are being treated... Disappointed at the delivery but I truly love the Magazine.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Oprah Magazine. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Oprah Magazine problem?
GetHuman-eveqb: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-eveqb: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Oprah Magazine's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-eveqb: For that I would say three out of five.
