GetHuman-372663: The rep was understanding of my concerns and said she would pass along my complaints to the publisher of the Ophra Magazine. My complaint was that I received a *nd notice to pay for an extended subscription "gift" for a friend. I had never expected to or signed up to pay for an extended subscription for my friend. I told the customer service center that I was quite angry that the letter that I had received was written in such an unfriendly way and that some of the type on the letters I had received were so tiny that I had to use a microscope to read them....it seemed to me that the tiny "fine" print was such that the recipient could not read it and make a good decision about the first letter that was received....that certainly was what I determined happened to me.**I told the customer service person that what really made me angry the most was the threatening statement at the end of the letter, which read "The failure of your gift of O, The Oprah Magazine to arrive won't go unnotice
