~orbitznightmare: Absolutely horrible. Robot people just parroting the company line "It's not us it's the airline." well I called the airline they gave me a code for a full refund. On hold now over ** minutes. Then MORE of the same company rhetoric. Never again! don't use them go to airline and hotel websites directly.

~orbitznightmare: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
