GetHuman-271174: I am a PNC customer who recently lost my job. I am getting unemployment benefits. It took five days for the first one to post to my account using direct deposit. My second payment was issued on Monday April *th,****. I have made several calls to PNC customer service and a local branch. I did not get a call back from the local manager on Friday April *,****. It is now six days and no money posted. I contacted unemployment to verify my account and they have all the correct information. The problem is with PNC. They just keep saying and I quote "customer service" If it ain't there! it ain't there!. I am six days waiting and no money. The customer service person said you have x number of dollars in your account YOU HAVE MONEY!!! I told him after they take my rent out I will have $**.**. It is not whether I have money, it is where is my direct deposit money.*I have read the complaints regarding over draft fees and if that is the the purpose of my money not being there, that is horrible. I a
