~CReubens: Hey, y'all, I lucked out today (Feb. the **th, ****) at around *p.m. CA time. I'd been fearing a l-o-n-g wait time, but it didn't happen! Rather, I got a friendly helpful (female) Customer Support Person who answered all my questions clearly. Sadly, I won't be getting QUITE the same "windfall" that some others have (with regard to my **" LiFi Rear-Projection HDTV, but she told me I'll get a check for **% of my original purchase price, IF I can get a copy of my receipt from Best Buy, where I bought it in ****, and it's no more than seven years ago. Wish me luck!!

~CReubens: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~CReubens: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~CReubens: For that I would say three out of five.
