~ckalarney12: I have had to call pandhall about information pertaining to a product that I wanted. I read the reviews and wanted to hear from the horse's mouth that the color and product that I wanted was in stock. I called them up on the phone and someone answered. I asked about the product and had to wait for less than a minute for the representative to check to see if the product I was inquiring about was in stock. She was very polite and very accurate. I love that the company actually uses real life people instead of machines- I feel like that is a sign of a company that actually cares about customers and doesn't like wasting the customer's time. The call was quick and I wasn't rushed off the phone when I made other inquiries. Excellent service.
