~Carol F.: First rep deleted information from my account. He said, "Oh no, I went in and changed 'something' so it will not matter." Then he "accidentally" hung up. The next rep had me on the line for over an hour as she kept putting me on hold to get answers, but came back with answers to questions I was not asking. So frustrating!!!!

~Carol F.: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Carol F.: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about PayPal's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Carol F.: For that I would say three out of five.

~Carol F.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for PayPal to know who you are.
