~anonymous: I live in Ohio and according to the law I have a right to cancel the membership within * days and get my money back. The same day I joined Our Time I canceled the membership via email to the company contacting them through their website. When I received my credit statement the chances where on my bill. I called the number on my bill and was told my the floor manager Steve that I could not have my money back because I did not call them within ** days. There are NO phone numbers on the website to call them! The only way I got there phone number was on my bill. He refused to refund my money. This is a just plain wrong. I did what I was to do according to the law and they still refuse to refund my money, where is the justice!
