~douglas lisk: I can not get the Inquirer delivered to my house on time. On rain days, the paper is wet and unreadable. The paper is never delivered three days in a row. I received yesterday's copy at *:** PM. It is now Sunday at *:** PM, I have not received the paper. Your service is horrible* every time I call someone commits to ensuring that I will receive a paper and it never happens. I have not had the paper delivered three days in row. It will be delivered for two days, and then not for the next two days. But, you continue to bill me for papers that I never receive. In the rare event that the paper is delivered, it is thrown in my trash, the sewage gutter, or in the bushes. An when I call, you say it is a new carrier and will get better, but it continues to get worse and worse and worse. Why don't you do something, anything?
