~Patti : How do you expect someone in PA to help someone in Portland, ME when all they do is say "sorry, I will get in touch w*???"...doesn't cut the mustard...We haven't received a MST for * wks., plus the TV Weekly which should come on Sat. for * wks...try to get a human at One City Ctr.*So. Portland...No humans work there....Have left * messages today for Sharon Leeman who is OUT OF THE OFFICE, but will return....WHEN!!! Is she just out of the office for a time, vacation for a week...good telephone customer service is importand...I am a ** yr. employee of the PPH & retired * yrs. ago...not impressed w*customer service as Mr. Sussman has put in place....
