~dmpalmer: I am appalled at the terrible delivery service we have received from the Press Herald since the first of the year. Despite many repeated calls to the "Customer Service Dept" (whatever that means to them) at the PPH, the person who throws our newspaper into the snowbanks continue to throw the newspaper into the snowbanks. Since ****, a tube for the newspaper has been available for our home delivery. Apparently, it has lost it usefulness. Has anyone else had a problem with this? I would like to let the management know about this, since, presumably, they want to keep a subscriber, but the brass is effectively shielded by the people who answer the phone. You can't get thru to management.
