~Thomas Robertson: The first call in was lost. However, the second call the next day was answered and service trucks (*) arrived promptly. The problem was said to be a problem in teh line between your Transformer and our meter box. A temporary fix was performed, and we pur on the list for underground evaluation and repair*replacement.
