~pants: I accidentently wrote in a number that I thought would be satisfactory thinking I would have the opportunity to agree or disagree---but low and behold the car was mine. I called within * minutes and was told nothing could be done. I am ** years old and not that knowledgable on the computer and made a mistake, now I am out %***. at Christmas---I therefore feel Price line STOLE my Christmas money--they are no better then an out an out thief and should be ashamed of themselfs. There should be senior blocks on computers, as well as Children blocks---I think a reputable company would make provisions to help out people who make mistakes instead of STEALING from them.I urge everyone who reads this NEVER deal with Priceline.com.

~pants: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pants: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pants: For that I would say three out of five.

~pants: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Priceline to know who you are.
