~cmat1026: Priceline has terrrible cusotmer service and when I requested that my hotel be cancelled I was hung up on by the representative. I booked a hotel for more money than the hotel was charging on its website and when I called to have this fixed I was told they do not change or cancel anything. Well that is going to be their problem as I am ddisputing the charge on my credit card and will never us them again. They do not provide you with a f*decent hotel at a discount price as promised so I do not need to keep my end of the agreement either. End of story never again will I use or recommed prioeline. The representatives I spoke with were all rude and horrible.

~cmat1026: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priceline's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cmat1026: For that I would say five out of five.
