~Non nonsense JOe: Lousy communication skills from the socalled customer service reps. Desperately needs to finetune the system in place. Such are the dismal results of costcutting and replacing human specific positions with mediocre types and a supposedly hitech system that leaves tons to be desired.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Proactiv. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Proactiv problem?
~Non nonsense JOe: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Non nonsense JOe: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Proactiv's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Non nonsense JOe: For that I would say two out of five.
