~2ndtimeisacharm: The female I spoke to hung up on me after I explained what I needed....maybe I selected the wrong option, I don't know. The male I spoke with when I called back was polite, helpful and got my problem solved in * minutes total and that is including me asking how he could help me and gathering the information he needed in order to help me!
