~phct77: customer servid ok...but could do nothing about how you have to do separate orders to get the free makeup if ordering several makeups and pay shipping on each order...pur minerals co. has just dropped down tremendously in my opinion because not really getting item totally free if must pay shipping on each makeup ordered to get the free one...GO back to the way it was!!!!! Much more fair...for each item ordered should get the free one in same order even if ordering * of same item...should get the * free!!!
