~cb2manor: I work for an Inv Firm, an elderly client having problems w*Quicken - he calls me, LOL! I went to quicken website, Contact us tab, chose PH CALL, had to answer few questions, and submitted, and voila! Given phone number & was on hold * min or less! Quicken even put me on hold to contact our client so we could conference call!

~cb2manor: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cb2manor: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Quicken's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cb2manor: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Quicken customers?
~cb2manor: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Quicken to know who you are.
