~Simone: I purchased a "NEW" laptop for $*** and was shipped a "REFURBISHED" laptop. I went through BestBuy and never again. I love BestBuy's customer service. Rakuten has a plan to exhaust you so you don't return merchandise. Many emails, several calls where there simply disconnected me after telling me to hold, I finally told them NO I DO NOT NEED THE POSTAGE PAID LABEL and requested they TELL ME (Not email me the email that never comes) the RMA and return address information. Let's see if there's a plan where there claim they don't get it or some other nonsense. I see from reviews that this is how they make money, not by honest merchandising. BEWARE.

~Simone: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Simone: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rakuten's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Simone: For that I would say one out of five.

~Simone: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Rakuten to know who you are.
